PFPE Vacuum Pump Oils

Description

RUI PFPE Vacuum Pump Oils M Grades are ideal for the use in vacuum pumps as sealing & lubricating fluid and working fluids especially when pumping strongly oxidative substances like oxygen, ozone or nitric oxides as well as highly reactive substances like halogens and hydrogen halides.

RUI PFPE Oils will not polymerise under the influence of high energy radiation.

RUI M PFPE Vacuum Pump Oils can replace Fomblin PFPE Vacuum Pump Oils. RUI M 606 can replace Fomblin® Y LVAC 06/6, RUI M 2506 is widely used as repalcement of Fomblin® Y LVAC 25/6.

RUI PFPE Vacuum Pump Oils have following properties:

Caution: if perfluoropolyethers be decomposed, it will release toxic and corrosive gases: hydrogen fluoride HF, carbonyl difluoride COF2 among others. For this reason open fires must be avoided in the workspace where PFPE is being used. Do not smoke in the workspaces where PFPE is being used.
