Description
Chemical name：1,1,1,3,3,3-Hexamethyldisilazane
Molecular Formula: (CH3)3SiNHSi(CH3)3
RJ-HMDZ is colorless transparent liquid with amine smell. A derivative of ammonia, when two hydrogen atoms of ammonia be taken the place of trimethyl silicon group. It is easy to happen hydrolysis, release NH3, and become hexamethyldisiloxane.
