Silicone Masterbatch RJ-S302 is a pelletized formulation which made by modified ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer. It’s particularly developed for various rubber compounds, helps to improving rubber processing properties and mould release .

Application
This product can be used in variety of applications, including:
- Improve rubber processing properties , flow ability , and mould release, especially for polar rubber.
- Effective for various rubbers like NBR, HNBR, XNBR, ACM, CM,CSM ,EPDM..etc
- Higher rubber extrusion line speed, means the throughput will be increased.
- Improve abrasion resistance.
- Reduce rubber surface hydrophobicity.
