Description
RJ-S002 is an ultra-high molecular weight linear polysiloxane, which has the characteristics of high molecular weight, slip and anti-sticking performance, low surface energy, water proof hydrophobicity, high and low temperature resistance, lubrication, good insulativity, non-toxicity, physiological inertia, etc.

Application
This product can be used in variety of applications, including:
RJ-S002 can be used in PP/PE/EVA/PA/PS/ABS/TPE/PET system,the additive amount is 0.2-5%
It can obviously improve processing fluidity, reduce torque, enhance production efficiency and prolong the service life of the equipment.
It can also obviously improve surface gloss of thermoplastics when extrusion, eliminate melt fracture, reduce die drool, enhance surface smooth and improve the mold filling ability and de-molding properties when injection molding.
With low migration and no exudation, it will not affect printing and coating.
It can be used as the food contact additive, which is compliant with article 181.28 of FDA.

According to state and international transportation regulation, RJ-S002 is not a dangerous product.|
The standard packaging is paper carton, the net weight is 30kg/carton, 720kg/pallet.|
