Description
RJ-S101 is the dispersion of ultra high molecular weight organic siloxane polymer in Polypropylene, because of its particle form. It is easy to add in the production process, ultra high molecular weight organic siloxane polymer has better dispersion and more convenient process.

Due to its standard particle form, RJ-S101 can improve PP/TPO plastic’s properties in many aspects as an additive:
It is suitable for directly injection molding, extrusion, and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles.
It can improve the surface scratch resistance, reduce COF, can obviously improve the processing fluidity of plastic products, reduce torque, and enhance production efficiency.
It can also effectively improve mold filling ability and de-molding properties during injection molding, enhance surface gloss and smooth.
Low VOC, no bleeding, not effects on printing and coating properties.
RJ-S101 can be used with all known additives, used together with fillers can promote the dispersion of fillers.
RJ-S101 can be used as the food contact additive, the polyolefin part of RJ-S101 is compliance with article 177.1520(c)1.1 of FDA, siloxane part is compliance with 181.28 of FDA.
